Health Coaching Programs

At the Healing Touch we help women and men address certain health concerns or issues that they may have been struggling with for years.

In order to facilitate your individuals needs and target and conquer those problem areas both physically and mentally, we provide 2 Health Coaching arrangements: Face-to-Face Consultations and Internet-based Consultations.

Our Health Coaching Programs address:

Weight Loss & Weight Gain

Muscle Toning

Smoking Cessation

Modification of Sleeping Habits
